Sometimes, your crew may get jumped by a Wendigo Colossus or even a Deathclaw, but for the right dwellers in the right place at the right time, they may just encounter one of Appalachia’s most famous and elusive denizens: Bigfoot!

This four(!)-star Legendary creature won’t go down easy, wielding a fallen tree like a club and tossing giant engorged ticks your way, but prove victorious before Bigfoot slips away and you could be rewarded with an exclusive new four-star weapons mod!

ARMOR BALANCING, PIP-BOY IMPROVEMENTS AND MORE

The Backwoods also features rebalanced armor, reducing its weight both in and out of your Stash and packing more resistances to give players greater options for protecting their squishy insides. Additionally, using your Pip-Boy is now faster to navigate and includes new some new menu tabs to help you locate the items and info you need that much easier.

RIP DARING RETURNS IN A NEW FALLOUT SEASON

The release of The Backwoods also signals the beginning of an all-new Fallout Season! Seasoned macho explorer Rip Daring returns for another adventure, this time taking to the stars to battle an interstellar menace!

Complete challenges to accumulate S.C.O.R.E. to rank up and earn Tickets during Season 24: Rip Daring and the Cryptids from Beyond the Cosmos! Once you’ve stocked up enough Tickets, visit the in-game Seasons page and exchange them for themed rewards!
