Fallout 76: Inside the Vault – July Highlights

Hello Friends, and welcome back to Inside the Vault.

As we return from a holiday weekend and gear up for Patch 11, here’s a quick peak at some new things arriving later this month.

Patch 11 Arrives Next Week

In case you were too busy with fireworks, hot dogs and more fireworks like THIS GUY, last week’s Inside the Vault highlighted some great news on food spoilage, Power Armor, item descriptions and more. We’re on schedule to release Patch 11 this Tuesday, July 16, and along with it, the full list of patch notes that will be released during maintenance.

We’ll be interested to know your thoughts on this patch and hope you continue to let us know what you’d like to see us address in future updates.

What’s Cookin’, Grahm?

Do you smell smoke? It’s probably just Grahm getting the grill ready. At the end of this month, you can expect a new Seasonal Event that will bring Dwellers around Appalachia together to beat the summer heat with everyone’s favorite traveling Supermutant and his best pal, Chally the moo-moo. And no, Chally’s not on the menu.

To throw a great party, Grahm’s going to need a little help from his human friends and he’s hoping lots of you will make an appearance and lend a hand. Of course, you’ll be handsomely rewarded if his shindig is successful. Look out for more details, including the event’s start date, a little later this month.

Fallout 76 Goes to QuakeCon 2019

QuakeCon is only two weeks away. What does that mean for Fallout 76? Similar to last year, we’ll have a panel to discuss what plans we have for the rest of the year and beyond. You can expect to learn more specifics on Wastelanders, Nuclear Winter, our upcoming Vaults and more. If you can’t make it to Dallas this year to watch our panel in person, it will also be livestreamed on various channels including Twitch and Mixer.
We also want to answer some of your questions, so don’t hesitate to drop us a line on our forums here and the other usual spots like r/fo76, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

The panel isn’t all there is! We’ll also be hosting a Nuclear Winter charity event with donations going to 1up for Cancer and the BYOC will be having their own tournaments as well.
